We Co-Manage Your Patients

Our goal in partnership is picking up where you have left off. Together, we will ensure that the patient gets appropriate and timely treatment. Once we have completed the necessary treatments and follow up in our office, we will send the patient and necessary details back to you so you can continue the impeccable care we are confident youâ€™ll provide.
